Poem

Typhoon Hagupit- A deadly sight
Ripping through the city
An angry dog
Everyone expects it
No one can stop it
Shelters fill up to capacity
Like a reservoir saving up
Schools are closed
Children rejoice
No one knows whats about to unfold
But then, like lions lying in wait
it strikes.
Everyone in fear
With one hope in mind
It all goes away
